美佳尼尔® PAS染料是不含重金属的鲜艳色染料,日晒牢度和各项湿处理牢度优异,配伍性能优良,适用于锦/氨、锦纶超细纤维、尼丝纺等运动面料的染色。
The Meganyl® PAS dyes are bright dyes containing no heavy metals. It has excellent light fastness, wet handling fastness and excellent compatibility. It is suitable for dyeing of sports fabrics which are made of polyamide/spandex, polyamide micro-fiber and polyamide spinning.

B：X% 美佳尼尔® PAS染料/ X% Meganyl® PAS dyes
·固色工艺/Fixing process
C:为了提高染色的湿牢度，特别是60℃的湿牢度和耐氯化水牢度，必要时进行固色处理
In order to improve the wet fastness, especially the wet fastness and chlorination fastness at 60℃, it is need to fix the color when necessary.
固色剂 HS～5188/ Fixing agent HS-5188: 1～4%（根据颜色深浅）/(according to the color depth)
温度/Temperature: 80℃
时间/Time: 20分钟/20mins
浴比/Bath ratio: 1:10～20
